J. F. Smith Building Contractors is a full-service General Contractor and Construction Management company based in Lee County Florida. Founded in 1986, we initially built commercial projects throughout Lee and Collier counties, and custom residences in some of the most prestigious coastal and golf course neighborhoods in the Southwest Florida area. Around our twentieth anniversary, we began to target our desired markets into the specific geographical areas of Pine Island, Captiva, Sanibel and the Ocala area of Central Florida.
Currently, J. F. Smith uses its 34 years of experience to provide pre-construction, general construction and design-build services for the single-family, multi-family, commercial, and light-industrial markets of coastal Southwest Florida.
